UpperCrust Landscape Co. installs sod that is locally grown thus well adapted for
the environment in the Black Hills. The sod we use is a hearty mix of 5 elite varieties
of Bluegrasses. Sod installation is priced by the square foot. Determining the Square
Footage of your lawn is quite simple. Since most lawns are not perfectly square,
break the area up into smaller squares. Have someone assist you in measuring the
length and width of each section. Then multiply the length times the width to obtain
the square footage of each section. Add them all together for the total square footage
of your lawn.
